When you submit the seller strategy request form, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, property address, city, email address, phone number, selling timeline, and any message you choose to include. The page also records standard campaign parameters from the web address you arrived from (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, and fbclid) and the address of the page where you submitted the form. We do not collect payment information, and this site does not use third-party chat widgets or advertising pixels.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used for one purpose: responding to your request about selling your home. When you submit the form, your details are stored in our secure database, sent to Follow Up Boss (the customer relationship management system used by The Richard Reyes Network), and delivered to Richard Reyes as a notification so he can review your situation and contact you. Campaign parameters help us understand which advertising brought you to the page.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your form details are processed by the service providers that operate this site's hosting and database and by Follow Up Boss, which stores contact records on our behalf. These providers process your information only to deliver their services to us.
How Long We Keep It
We keep lead records for as long as they are useful for responding to your inquiry and maintaining our client relationship, or as required by California real estate record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
